GPB-1030 BLOG CVRS3It’s been a storybook few years for both PRISM Design and our client the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation. PRISM is honored to share that the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation “We’re One: Joined by the Heart” annual report won first place at the FCA 2015 annual conference. The Foundation exists to raise funds to support the educational and leadership needs of collegians and alumnae; and to support the philanthropic focus of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority. Through a combination of bold information graphics, colorful member photography and transparent reporting, the annual report is evidence of the confident direction and continued development of women.

Annual report infographic makes an impact

For the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation’s annual report, the leadership was looking for something different as well as a design that could be updated for several years of reporting. For this 2011-2012 fiscal year, Prism sifted through the foundation’s key information and visualized it into a three-page infographic spread that featured the sorority’s tagline of ‘Connect. Impact. Shine.’ to define the storyline.


This non-profit story is written to capture successful results into three major areas:

  • Giving: a highlight of how much money was awarded in philanthrophy grants, in leadership grants, and how many applicants received financial aid
  • Actions: a celebration of the major donor contributions to the foundation
  • Members: key facts about Gamma Phi Beta’s growing sisterhood and the number of active collegiate chapters as well as alumnae chapters

The infographic communicates highlights of the past fiscal year in a crisp, engaging way that makes a powerful impact.


Road map to the changes

When it came time to introduce Baker Hughes employees to the new and enhanced WellWorks program, Prism wanted to present a fun, interactive piece for employees to follow. With the program in transition, we decided to guide employees through the steps they needed to take by means of a road map.

The road map’s bright colors and clean look made for an easy, fun way to put important WellWorks information into the piece.
