Chip + Mobile + PRISM = SUCCESS

May 12, 2016

The Prism Design team was just awarded a Silver Communicator Award and two Platinum Hermes Creative Awards for the CITGO “Chip & Mobile™ Quick Start Guide” and “Getting to Yes’ incentives supplement.

We share these honors with our brilliant wordsmith Elizabeth Fordham at Quill & Ink.

The message and materials needed to be easy for the retailers to understand: what’s changing, how, when and where to make the proper upgrades to benefit their business. Two pieces were created, “Chip & Mobile™ Quick Start Guide” and “Getting to Yes’ incentives supplement. The quick start guide provided the retailers all they needed to know to make informed decisions concerning their POS technology. The incentives supplement was a snapshot of key dates and incentive offers to assist the marketers.AGY-1090 CITGO POST CHIPMOBILE_GUIDES2

PacoTech 25 Years

May 4, 2016

Pacotech

When PacoTech turned 25 this year, they wanted to celebrate their anniversary and share their achievements with their customers. They approached Prism to design a 25-year graphic to add to their current brand materials. However, with 25 years under their belt, Prism suggested that it was a crucial time for PacoTech to look to the future, build on their successes, and consider a brand refresh.

PacoTech is an information management consulting group that helps Fortune 500 companies in organizing their information resources. PacoTech looks at business records from a global perspective to help companies in controlling the creation, maintenance, retention, and disposal of their records.

To visualize PacoTech’s modern mission, Prism integrated both type and symbol in creating their logo. We designed the “o” symbol to represent how the company organizes their clients’ resources on a global scale.

The new logo then inspired our design of the complementing 25-year anniversary graphic. Born out of the global “o” and the criss-crossing linear elements was the triangular shape that is their unique 25-year anniversary graphic.

Employee benefits video: An essential way to communicate your story

April 1, 2015

Using storyboards creates a strong foundation for any design. Whether the final product is a video, motion graphics, a print campaign, or a client presentation; they help define the focus of your story. It’s a great way for our designers to brainstorm concepts, fine tune the direction, and present the key message. We created this sequence for an Employee Annual Enrollment video. It highlights: You have a choice – Your Medical Options, Financial Future, and your overall Wellness. See more of this storyboard here on our website.

Employee Benefits Video Storyboard Concept

Storyboarding a concept challenges us to look at information globally and communicate the message in a cohesive, visually compelling fashion. We’re able to finesse the concept, organize each slide and determine how the elements can be combined together to create a better story.

Healthy employees = Healthiest Employer

April 8, 2014

In BP’s second year, the Million Step Challenge encourages employees to reach a one-, two- and three-million step goal. As of July 2013, more than 20,000 BP employees, retirees, and their families signed up and are working towards their million steps. With employees leading increasingly busy lives BP needed a way to motivate employees to get on their feet. With this editorial in the BP ‘Benefiting You’ publication, PRISM visualized a few ideas for employees to take inspiration from.

By showing employees ideas, it’s easier to get their feet walking towards better wellness.

BP encourages Million Step Challenge participants to “go for an awesome life”. Employees receive a free Fitbit to count their steps. For every millions steps taken, employees are awarded points. In addition, BP was recently named the #1 Healthiest Employer in the Houston Area (companies with 5,000+ employees), by the HBJ.
